Hey, Name + Name

Welcome to your wedding planning portal

Your own place you can always come back to for accessing resources, working on your wedding photography planning, and more!!

Staying in touch

As you’ve probably heard me say a million times by now, staying in touch throughout the process is a huge part of capturing your day authentically. The more we get to know each other, and the more I can help you through this sometimes stressful planning process, the better your day will be. If at any point you want to book a call with me, feel free to use this link here to schedule a time.

I highly recommend booking calls 4 months before the wedding and 1 month before the wedding. But don’t worry about remembering that—I’ll reach out at those points too so that we can get something on the books!

If Zoom / Email Isn’t your thing

No worries—I totally get it! It can be really frustrating to have to go through my calendar just to ask a simple question, so if you would rather DM me on Instagram or text me for anything urgent / quick, you absolutely can! My number is (929) 259-2882 and I seriously do my best to respond ASAP! If I’m working a wedding and my phone is off, it may take me about a day, but I promise to do my best.

Ceremonials Podcast

If you’re less of a reader, and more of a podcast listener, this one’s for you: Ceremonials is a wedding planning podcast where myself and my co-host, Bri, talk through every aspect of putting together your dream day. We talk about the things so few resources provide information for, offer up opinions based on our own experiences working weddings, and of course we have some fun along the way!

The journal

A steady stream of educational articles to help guide you through different aspects of the planning process, from choosing a venue, to vendor questions that you should ask when hiring, to picking out florals, to choosing the perfect dress. I try to hit it all, and I attempt to write an article every single week.

Feel free to take a look at some of the inspo that I’ve gathered over the years! My Pinterest board is always being updated, and is divided into helpful sections depending on what aspect of planning you're looking at.

Your Wedding Day Questionnaire

One of the most important components of our process together is the questionnaire—and sorry to say, it’s no walk in the park. This thing is extensive and detailed so that I can get as clear a picture as possible before showing up to your wedding day. The questionnaire gathers three sections of info:

  • Timeline / timing information so I can start building your timeline

  • Family info so I can start learning some names!

  • Vendor info so I can be sure to be in contact with your whole team without needing waste any of your time going through you

I recommend filling this out 4-6 months before your wedding

And don’t worry, I’ll send a reminder email about this too!
